Maggie is one of our Border Leicester cross ewes, she is a larger ewe and cuts a lot of wool. The wool has quite a decent handle for a Border Leicester but more colour with the lanolin production. I have included one photo where I have quickly rinsed a staple with some hand soap just to ensure it is an easily scourable.
